OtterMasters was founded by Beau Boyster and Tevin Hood, former University of Arizona football teammates, as a trusted restoration company. Tevin, a defensive lineman, and Beau, an offensive lineman, shared foundational experiences on the field but followed separate paths after college. Tevin pursued professional football, later coaching at Arizona and UC Berkeley before transitioning into successful careers in medical device and pharmaceutical sales. Beau also coached before excelling in medical device and software sales, earning multiple accolades.
Reconnected through family, they discovered a shared ambition to build a legacy. In 2023, they co-founded OtterMasters, a company rooted in their vision of independence and ownership. By early 2024, they established their business in West Texas, dedicated to serving the South Plains and Panhandle areas. With the same drive that united them on the field, Tevin and Beau aim to create a lasting impact.
