Beau provided the names of companies that could help and what possible next steps could be, which was much appreciated! Beau was also kind and professional on the phone and in person, which put me at ease because no one enjoys having to call strangers into their home.

I would like to thank ottomasters for absolutely saving me from a terrible situation. Im an electrical lineman who was on a long stretch on the road. My wife called me when I was 1000 miles away and told me our basement flooded. I felt helpless because I couldn't do anything.
