Even though they ended up not being the right type of company to handle my issue, they came out for a free assessment and helped me troubleshoot the problem. Beau provided the names of companies that could help and what possible next steps could be, which was much appreciated! Beau was also kind and professional on the phone and in person, which put me at ease because no one enjoys having to call strangers into their home.
